Refund policy

FOR CUSTOMERS IN KUWAIT

• For OCCASIONS/EVENING wear, the customer has 24 hours only for return or exchange. 
• FOR Casual Pieces : We accept returns within 14 days of purchase 
• Returned products must be in their original packaging, new, unused NO smell and apparels with RARE. tag should be still attached and the original invoice. 
• Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. 
• Once our team confirm that the order meet the return policy The customer will receive the refund in full amount he paid in our branch if the order meet the above-mentioned terms and conditions. Sale items are not refundable.

 البضاعة المباعة تسترد وتستبدل خلال ٢٤ ساعة من تاريخ الاستلام لفساتين السهرة و الاستقبال و الاعراس و  القطع الملامسة للجلد  و ١٤ يوم القطع الكاجوال العملية شريطة ان تكون السلعة بنفس حالتها الاصلية غيرملبوسة او مستعملة مع العلامات و في تغليفها الاصلي 

للاسترجاع و الاستبدال يرجى زيارة المتجر  و سيكون موظفينا سعداء للمساعدة.

القطع المشمولة بالخصومات لا يوجد عليها استرجاع او استبدال
